The price of the mattress was unbeatable by any other rivals, the mattress was hand delivered by two lovely boys from the shop who drove all the way from wales to deliver! They were considerate and efficient at bringing the bed into the house and suprised me with two free luxury boutique pillows, which are the most amazing things I have ever had the pleasure of owning. We bought a Hypnos bed base from Now to Bed. The service and attention we have received from Emma and her family has been excellent. There's been an issue with the bed legs we ordered but Emma's made sure we have an alternative set of legs whilst this is being resolved. I have recommended this company to friends.

I went to Now to Bed on recommendation, as I'd been miss sold a terrible mattress by another firm, which was returned. I have rheumatoid arthritis and didn't know which mattress would be right for me. The team couldn't have been more helpful, I was given their advice but not pressured into any one mattress. I wasn't rushed or obliged to buy, and they even made me a cup of tea. I decided on a hypnos mattress. The mattress had a manufactiring fault, and the Now to Bed team sorted it out for me, kept me up to date with what was happening, and I had a New replacement mattress delivered which is perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and I'll definitely recommend and buy from there again
