We are so happy with the level of service received from Emma and the delivery drivers. We ordered a Hypnos Super Storage Kingsize Base, Kingsize Mattress and another Kingsize Base. Emma provided us with the best pricing compared to any other online retailers or shops. She arranged the deliveries in a timely manner to three different addresses in London and went above and beyond what was requested. My parents were so happy with their Hypnos and I was so pleased with my two items. The Drivers arrived on time and respected our wishes of no shoe policies in the locations due to having cream carpet and religious reasons being Hindus. The drivers carried and unpacked all items carefully and took extra care not to damage anything in the hallways. I will defo use Emma and her Team again and have already recommended her to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Now To Bed! Three extremely happy and content customers in London! |

Had to wait a few weeks for my Hypnos mattress but it was worth it, best sleep I've had for years! Excellent service from placing my order to delivery, I would definitely recommend this company. |

WOW - From the moment I first placed a call to 'nowtobed' to the moment of delivery I can quite honestly say that my faith in excellent customer service has been restored. The genuine desire to assist with my questions, the friendly contact keeping me informed of the status of my purchase and the actual delivery all happened without a hitch. The product- a Hynos mattress - was amazing and the service provided by all - on the phone and during delivery was excellent AND we changed our order but Staff were very helpful |

Good price and very efficient service, Emma kept me informed all through procedure and the mattress was dispatched as soon as it was available. BIt of a hiccup with delivery to Channel Islands but Emma was excellent in sorting it out. Its been a pleasure dealing with ...nowtobed and I would recommend them to anyone. |
