I was very impressed with the whole procedure. When I bought the bed over the phone Paul was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I found nowtobed being the most competitive price online and on the high street but the best part of this company is the ability to contact the owners of the company, Emma and her father were most helpful and after contacting you with a delivery date their delivery team text you with an approx delivery time and if they were delayed by unforeseen circumstances (as they were in my case because of the bad weather) they ring or text you with an update . Its nice to deal with a company who cares . thanks to all the team

This was an excellent shopping experience. Very competitive on price, delivery sooner than expected and friendly obliging staff. Emma updated and liaised with us at each stage of the procedure. She was genuinely concerned that we would be satisfied with our purchase. Delivery men took great care not to cause damage to carpets, paintwork, etc. and spent time setting up the beds to our preference.
We cannot fault the service of this company or praise them highly enough.
