What a great company to deal with. I ordered our new bed on the telephone with no problem at all. Emma was really helpful and kept us fully up to date with our order . Delivery came about a week early which was really good. . The bed and headboard were exactly as ordered. The delivery men were spot on assembling the new bed for us, nice polite staff all round.

After a full consultation we bought a Hypnos Orthos super king bed.
Wow!
Delivered 3 to 4 weeks later. Given full updates on delivery etc.
Sadly on delivery our head board broke in transit new 1 delivered by 5 days later.
2 ladies who dealt with 2 visits were excellent in knowledge etc. This is what sold the Hypnos bed, mattress and headboard.
Bed is wonderful had great sleeps since having it.
Recommended new hypnos bed and buy from here. Shop is a little gem full of gifts, accesosories and units too.
Pop in you will be suprised.

After a family member recommended you too us. we visited twice. Full of advice and recommendation of bed types.
we went for Hypno orthos. superking size.
Gave us great advice on colours etc.
Ordered and paid for Bed and headboard and base.
Around 3 weeks later. We had our bed delivered. Sadly our head board broke in transit. Had too re order wait 5 days for new 1. They did deliver at our times best. Easy too contact and talk too.

Very friendly service and good communication throughout with one exception being that I had to chase them on the day of delivery to try to ascertain approximate arrival time, but at the end of the day this was handled well. Actual delivery and collection of old mattress was very smooth and efficient. Excellent and competitive prices and cost of mattress was, by a long way, even more competitive than the offer from a local store in their closing down sale! What more can I say
