Mattress is fantastic

Good value and excellent delivery service

Our old bed was a Hypnos so we wanted another to replace it. We had excellent service from Now to Bed and the delivery team were so careful and helpful. Our bed is wonderful. Well worth the investment to have a good nights sleep for many years to come. Turning the mattress was a bit of a challenge as we went from a double to a King size and the natural materials make it quite heavy but we are well satisfied.

I have to say that the overall service I have had from you and your company has been outstanding - a very rare thing these days. I found your number when I googled "Hypnos beds", but had no idea you were so far away from me. The expertise you had about the beds, especially helping me out by suggesting the zip locks with pillow tops - that no other company had suggested when I had spoken to them - was fantastic - it has really solved our problem. I now only hope that the mattress will solve our back problems!!!

So once again many many thanks for your help - it was actually a pleasure doing business with you - again not something that can easily be said these days. I have no problem in recommending you to anyone in the future and YES we had a FAB nights sleep.

Very pleased with the Hypnos pillow top mattress. Paul was very accommodating in changing my order to a mattress I preferred, which was not on his website, and refund me the price difference. On top of that I was given a further weekend discount, of which I am really pleased. The complimentary mattress protector did not come with mattress, but was sent by mail when the delivery man gave the company a call. Excellent service, and great honesty. The price is the best, compared to other companies.

Delivered on time and the 2 gentlemen bought the new mattress up the stairs, unpacked it and set it on the bed and then took the old one away - all hassle free.
