We bought our Sealy Nostromo from And Now to Bed and found the whole process easy and straightforward. The communication we got from the company was very good and the price we paid was very good. The bed took a few weeks to be delivered but I think that would have been the case wherever we bought it. I love the bed and would definitely use this company again if I needed another bed.

I found the Hypnos mattress that I was looking for here at Now to Bed the cheapest on line, so I ordered it knowing that the delivery would be in three weeks. There began the excellent customer service from Emma. She arranged to have the mattress delivered within a few days, on the day and time that was agreeable to me. The two men who delivered it, we're very careful in handling my new mattress. I have been very impressed with this company from purchase to delivery and cannot fault them. I will definately use them again and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The service in this lovely shop is second to none. They had lots of patience when we couldn't make our minds up and gave us lots of advice without being pushy. We ended up buying the perfect bed for us due to their help.

Excellent customer service and delivery schedule. I ordered over the phone on the Thursday (before a bank holiday Monday) - spoke to Paul who was very helpful and polite. Expecting a 6 to 8 week delivery time, I was very surprised to have my new Hypnos Orthos Silk mattress with 2 free spundown pillows delivered to my door the following Thursday - WOW that's what I call a great service! I am now spreading the news so watch out you guys, more orders may be coming your way from family and friends. Thank you very much. ... and thanks to the delivery lads who were right on time as they said they would - Fantastic! ... an incredibly comfortable sleeping experience. Well Done to all.
