Emma was a delight on the telephone, very helpful and understanding as well as knowledgeable, to the two guys who delivered the mattresses and removed the old one. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending Nowtobed to anyone. A first class service, thank you all very much.

The staff were extremely helpful from my initial enquiries via a phone call to ordering in the store .They could not have been more helpful. Delivery was prompt and the delivery men very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company and would never hesitate to shop here again. Many thanks to everyone.

This is such an easy review to write as everything was perfect.
I decided to place my order by phone,spoke to Emma,she explained the free delivery schedule.
Recieved her confirmation call of delivery prior to the day.
Drivers phoned on the way with the eta.
Arrived on time and carried the mattress to the 3rd floor of our house.
Mission accomplished.
Emma's telephone manner was great,very friendly and helpful.
The two delivery men polite,friendly and didn't bat an eyelid as to it being the 3rd floor.
With people like this they deserve to be successful.
Hope so...give them a go.
P.s. Our local store wanted £20 for delivery,these guys drove for over 3 hours to deliver for free!

I bought a hypnos bed. To begin the service was outstanding, i purchased over the phone as i had alot of questions. All answered and i purchased confidently. Communication was well kept and my delivery on time. The two delivery men were superb. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company! We ordered 2 mattresses by telephone, spoke to Paul. Delivery was faultless arrived as arranged and the 2 lads took the old mattresses away and placed the new mattresses on the beds. One of the mattresses had to go on the third floor, we could not have carried them up ourselves (60kg each). The lads were cheerful, chatty and explained how the guarantees worked and how to care for the mattresses. We have passed your company details on to friends. The mattresses are very comfortable and we are very, pleased with them. Thank you so much.

Ordered by telephone. Spoke to Paul, ordered 2 Hypnos Willow mattresses. Delivery was as arranged, the 2 lads took the mattresses up to the bedrooms (one of which is on the third floor) and placed them on the beds for us, we could never have carried them upstairs ourselves. Cheerful , helpful, explained the Guarantee and care of the mattresses. It was a first class service and I have given your company name to friends for future reference.

Friendly and helpful staff. It was nice to deal with a local independent company without the pressure and sales gimmicks of national companies! I've paid a reasonable price for a quality mattress with free local delivery. The two delivery guys were friendly and professional and assessed the access to the bedroom prior to bringing mattress in, moving pictures etc. to avoid breakage. Good service throughout.

Had brilliant service from And Now to Bed. Emma went over and above to find me my dream bed. Mattress is fantastic! So happy with service and price I have also brought a single bed from them. Delivery very prompt aswell. Also they have a beautiful shop for extra furniture and crafts. Highly recommend thanks again to Emma and team x
