Excellent customer service
I am a repeat customer. Excellent customer service. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products. Lovely bed. Disappointed that the delivery was not as good this time round. Unfortunately the delivery men were not happy when asked to take shoes off going into the bedroom (we had put a new carpet down the previous day and it was raining outside). Standard courtesy to either remove shoes or carry shoe protectors I would have thought. I knocked off 1 star because of that.

Our delivery drivers are not permitted to remove shoes at our customers properties for insurance and health and safety purposes.
Due to the weight of the items delivered, they also cannot wear shoe covers as this could create slip hazard for them. We advise our customers in our terms and conditions to cover their flooring before delivery if they are concerned.
