The staff in store knew their produce were polite and helpful. After purchase the phone contacted regarding delivery was was good, even allowing me to choose a date to suit me. The delivery men did everything we needed, moving beds around and installing them for us. Excellent service and a fare price.

From the first phone call to now having purchased two high quality King sized beds, I cannot recommend this family run business highly enough. Friendly, helpful, well priced and prepared to go the extra mile are all words I do not use lightly but deserve to be in this review. They know their stuff, do what they say and even offer you a cup of tea when you visit! What's not to like?

Staff very helpful - Staff in Rhyl shop helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products. Delivery was excellent. The heavy mattress was taken to the relevant room. This was not an easy task. The delivery men were very polite and respectful of my property. Thank you

I had no problems at all with Now to Bed however they were badly let down by the company they used for the delivery, Sprint Shift. I was in a hurry to get the item and let them know this, however they had passed the mattress to Sprint Shift who then took 12 days to get it to me.

Knowledgeable sales staff advising us and then giving us plenty of time to try the beds in the showroom before we made our purchase.
The store also has one of the largest stock of beds that we could find in North Wales - so plenty of choice.
Cannot understand those who buy on the internet without trying! Add to that free delivery and subsequent comfortable nights. Who could want for more?

The best leap of faith
Are you wondering, ‘is this company legitimate’ or ‘are they too good to be true’?
Are you scrolling through the many 5 star reviews but getting stuck on the the very few under 5 stars and wondering ‘is everyone lying but them’.

Rest assured. This company is very much genuine and they just happen to be the best one. Someone has to take the podium.

As you can tell, I speak very highly of NOW TO BED. I can say from experience that their service is second to absolutely no one and the product is precisely what you are looking for or seen elsewhere - but cheaper.

Our quick story. Husband and I found the perfect bed for us in a local shop. A Relyon mattress and ottoman base. We have been looking for sometime and to find something we both found comfortable was a result. We looked at the price tag. No a result!

We left feeling disheartened so I went online and lo and behold, cheaper elsewhere. There were a few sites offering beds so I did what you are doing and search the company on Trust Pilot. Of course, despite all the many 5 star reviews, you worry. Will you get exactly what you pay for. Yes. Yes you will. Make that leap of faith.

Our first contact was Emma. Without putting too much pressure on her, she responded straight away and patiently waited as I contemplated what I needed, considered the pricing and colour scheme - which she assisted me with by sending me images of the exact model and camera displayed in their warehouse.
When payment was made, I received the invoice and kept up to date with delivery.
Of course, there was a little wait as our bed was made at Relyon and then shipped to Now to Bed and then to us. The estimated time of arrival was spot on.

You could’ve ask for anymore, except perhaps for the product to appear out of the sky by angels .. which is absurd but NOW TO BEDS need that recognition that everything they do from start to finish is what the customer needs.

All I can say that their prices are reasonable and customer service from Emma was very good. Their delivery company needs to improve its services as they don't communicate through email or sms, otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

Great customer service by Emma, after having changed my mind on the size of mattress i wanted, twice! Nothing was to much trouble and she went the extra mile to help me get what I wanted, so thank you.
Great delivery times, within 5 days and the guys who dropped of my new mattress were very pleasant and helpful. The mattress I got was a big name and of great quality, cheaper than a big name shop that wanted 5 weeks to deliver.
