I cannot fault my experience of dealing with this retailer. I was given sound advice over the phone before ordering - the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help. After placing my order the communication was excellent. Everything has gone like clockwork and the white glove delivery service was the icing on the cake. Prior to ordering, I did visit bed retailers in my locality to see the products I was interested in, but was put off ordering with them because of their lack of knowledge of the products, high prices and no white glove delivery service. I am a meticulously fussy person but Now To Bed more than met my criteria and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
