Professional expertise in the Rhyl showroom, excellent communications throughout from HQ and timely and helpful delivery.
What a difference from the large multinational impersonal couldn't care less attitude to customers.

Very pleased with the service we received from Now to Bed. Very good assistants able to guide us on bed purchase and then very good follow up once the bed was ordered and good communication with us right up to delivery. Very good service and competitive prices, highly recommend.

The true measure of a business is in how they handle customers when things go wrong.

We ordered a firm mattress and a medium was delivered in error by the supplier. Abi at Now To Bed (NTB) was a pleasure to deal with, the error was not NTB's, but at no point did she apportion blame or swerve the issue + her communication was outstanding. We now have the correct mattress and it is exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend NTB after this experience and will definitely use them again in the future.

A great online purchasing experience. Very good communication from the word go. The mattress price was very competitive. The outsourced delivery service ( Kane & Able ) was very good with communication and timing. Looking forward to a good nights sleep...

Quality of Service
We ordered a Hypnos mattress in November 2022, and from the off we were given 1st rate service from Now To Bed. I emailed the Customer Service Team with a query and received a telephone call and email in response very swiftly. The lady on the phone was knowledgeable about the products, as well as polite, friendly and respectful. Additionally, the products ordered arrived within the timeframe given. Keen & Able (the carriers) were also prompt & efficient with their service, and once they arrived with the goods, were also polite and respectful. Top rate service with both Now To Bed and Keen & Able throughout, and would definately recommend both, but specifically Now To Bed in the future. Old fashioned service and values towards their customers is a dying art. Well done to all.
