I purchased a Relyon mattress which I initially found on another website. Nowtobed price matched it and gave a further £10 off. The service was excellent from the ordering process to delivery. I spoke to a very friendly and knowledgeable lady when placing my order, who gave accurate delivery time frames, and explained the whole process and what to expect. The mattress was delivered by a company called Keane & Able within 2 weeks, by very two friendly delivery men , delivered to room of my choice . The whole process was seamless from start to finish, I would not hesitate to use this company again, and would highly recommend.

I bought a mattress earlier this year but it had a fault, which wasn’t the fault of Now to Bed, it was replaced without hesitation or quibble. Unfortunately the replacement was faulty too. I contacted customer services again feeling embarrassed as I had only had it a few weeks. However there was no issue and an engineer checked and confirmed the fault. I then chose a different mattress and the replacement process was quick. Throughout I have been dealt with great curtesy with regular updates.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and highly recommend Now to Bed for any of their products.
