I have just gone through my 2nd purchasing experience with Now to Bed and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They keep you up to date with the progress of your order and even when there is an issue on delivery from their suppliers they always keep you informed and manage expectations.

I had to also arrange a collection with them and they went above and beyond normal service to adjust their travel to make it for a slot that was convenient for me, which meant a early morning start from their teams, who still arrived on time, was friendly and professional.

Every person I have been in contact with has been excellent!

Wonderful Service, The sales and delivery team were great to deal with. The delivery was re-scheduled 3 times due to personal commitment and it was no trouble at all dealing with the team for new agreed convenient delivery dates. Just how a customer really wants to be treated.
