Excellent service in store and on delivery - extremely knowledgeable staff and great discounts were on offer. Mattress was delivered on the hottest day of the year with the mattress going to the top floor of a 3 storey house - delivery guys were amazing and did a fantastic job.

Excellent service from everyone involved. I wanted to buy a new bed and Natasha from the Rhyl Rd/Rhuddlan branch was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really understand what I wanted - and explained all the options available. It was the best experience you could wish for. I was also kept informed about delivery and then two gentlemen delivered the bed this week (in the heatwave - bless them) they were so polite and very helpful. I wouldn't buy a bed anywhere else now.

Spoke to Karen in the Rhyl store, explained what we required, being a full opening Otterman, we were shown several bases then we looked at fabric catalogue. Having chosen base & fabric we were shown several mattresses picked a firm Reylon. We found Karen to be very effecient, knowledgeable & friendly.
We received a phone call regarding delivery, which was done very effectively & carefully ensuring the bed was sighted exactly where we advised, again very pleasant gentlemen. Would highly recommend

Would recommend Now To Bed
Very pleased with my new mattress. Arrived within the estimated timelines. Delivery men were very polite and removed their shoes when delivering mattress into the allocated room. I got a better price on Now To Bed than other online retailers for this mattress.

Excellent service
It was about fifteen years ago that I last had a new bed;my husband was still alive, and to be honest, I don't remember much about it.
But I knew the time had come to get a new bed. Karen in the Rhyl store was extremely friendly and helpful. I told her I'd like something like the mattress I currently had and she was quick to select a couple that would fit the bill.
When the day for the delivery arrived I received a text agreeing the one hour time slot and the delivery men arrived punctually. They were friendly and courteous. They removed my old bed and waited while I vacuumed the accumulated fluff! They installed the new bed and mattress, attached my headboard and took away all the packing materials.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this store
