An amazing company
We bought a bed from Now to Bed in July last year. Exceptionally helpful sales staff during the process.
Our bed was delivered in August. By December the mattress had collapsed and failed.
We called Now to Bed who arranged to have it tested and after fightng our case, had the firm agree to supply a replacement mattress.
6 months later, we have finally received our new mattress! Abi in Now to Bed customer services was completely amazing, keeping us continually updated while the mattress company changed hands, changed stock, and then had a diffuculty with getting supplies.
I would definately use this company again and highly recommend them. Thanks to Abi and the team

Mattress lovely

1st class all the way
The service I received was exemplary and if a template could be made for customer service you would have to search a long time to better if not equal the service I was given.
I dealt with Emma who was very knowledgeable and understanding of the pitfalls of purchasing a mattress and stayed very calm under the barrage of questions I asked and the numerous phone calls I made.

Thanks for everything Emma, we are so glad we ungraded to the Elba mattress ‘Sweet Dreams’!!

Nice company to deal with. Ordered a specific non-stock bed and advised of approx delivery date. thus it was...and all the extra bits sent to us immediately...and a nice free gift. Price right too.

Hypnos mattress
We ordered a Hypnos mattress. This was very competitively priced and came with free pillows and mattress protector. These mattresses are made to order resulting in a 5-6 week delay. It also took a little longer once ready to deliver to the Highlands, but the delivery people were excellent. Well worth the wait. Thank you.
