My first purchase from this company, and I can only say that this was one of the best buying experiences ever.
I initially was debating where to order, and it was between Now To Bed and another company which was a little cheaper (it is difficult and scary to buy big purchases online, in distance). After a couple of emails with Paul the director, he managed to offer me a very competitive deal for the whole set. I also spoke to his Wife and Son the following day (I believe), they were all professional and kind to me, on the phone. After paying over the phone, I waited for a while for the goods to be made, but this was fine for me, as I knew it takes time for Hypnos to make the order. When the order arrived the headboard was the wrong style. I contacted the customer service and straight away Abi in Customer Service rectified the issue with the Manufacturer, very quickly. She emailed me always, and kept me informed/updated. We have received the correct item now, and we now have a lovely comfortable bed made from what looks high quality materials. Abi went above and beyond, she is an asset to her company. I am so pleased I purchased the Hypnos bed and mattress from NOW TO BED and I wish you all the best!

A manufacturer fault was smoothly and quickly sorted. We were impressed by the sort of service that sadly is rare now.

We did have to wait 2 extra weeks as mattress was in but bed frame wasn’t.
