The company was very helpful when I asked questions via email. Within a couple of "business hours" after placing my order they emailed to check everything was OK and followed up with a phone call to arrange a delivery slot.

One week later I'm sleeping on new mattress that was delivered in the stated time slot by two friendly people.

I have had a top class experience with Now to Bed from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Having tried out various different mattresses in a multitude of bed showrooms, I decided on a Hypnos Pillow Top Aurora having found it the most comfortable one for me. I found the Now to Bed store online by chance and I am so happy that I did!!! An absolutely fantastic price for my perfect mattress and they threw in a couple of free gifts including a Hypnos pillow. I heard from them straight away re my delivery date and it arrived exactly as planned. The Delivery Team couldn't have been more professional and polite with an added bonus of taking all the packaging away with them. All in all an absolutely first class customer experience. Thank you!!!

It took a while to be delivered but the quality of our purchase is excellent. They even assembled it all for me, then disposed of the packaging.
