Was impressed with the over all experience except we were told delivery in 10 days, and we had to wait over 2 weeks. Would have been nice to be kept informed of any delay.

Super easy to order online and the best price we could find. Delivery was easy to arrange and was really quick delivery. There was a mistake with the pillows ordered and it was rectified quickly with new pillows being delivered within a couple of weeks.

Excellent service throughout from sale to delivery and set up very flexible with storing for me until I was ready.

First class from start to finish. Promised delivery 3-4 weeks and bed was delivered and erected on day 22 with advance notice given 7 days before delivery and confirmed time given on the morning. All packaging removed. Cannot praise enough - would highly recommend.

Absolutely love my mattress!. Could have bought the brand I chose anywhere but I found that now to Bed was much better value and the ease of ordering/arranging date of delivery was simple and straightforward.
The delivery was completed by a couple of efficient and respectful (& handsome) men who put on masks and shoe coverings before entering.
This is where I'll buy my next mattress when I furnish the other rooms.

Received absolutely fantastic service from store manager Emma & her team at the new Rhyl showroom - which has the best choice around. The staff were knowledgeable & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them (they moved a mattress onto a different base for me to try). I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
I purchased a hypnos ortho mattress which I tried at the store & it’s fantastic. Emma gave me the best deal around. The delivery guys were fab too.
Definitely worth a visit to the store & I’m recommending it to everyone. 5 star service from enquiry through to receiving the mattress. Great to support local. Thank you.
