Our new sofa. When we called in to the shop out of the blue and saw a sofa we liked we were impressed by the knowledge of the sales team. Nothing was too much trouble and we decided to buy it. Everything has gone very smoothly with free delivery when promised and efficient assembly by the delivery crew. We have no hesitation recommending the friendly team in this smart new shop!

From our initial enquiry regarding stock availability we were kept informed of progress at all times through to final delivery.
Delivery guys called ahead of their arrival and the guys were very careful with removal and installation.

Fantastic customer service in the shop with a knowledgeable and passionate about beds sales woman. Followed by a conformation phone call the delivery was arriving the following week. A phone call later that week to confirm again. A text from the driver to say they were on the way to deliver and a phone call to give me an ETA. Faultless on delivery and assembled perfectly. All in all an exceptional service from start to finish and a great bed and mattress to boot. Wish all my big purchases were like this! Brilliant.
