Recently purchased an Newbridge oak double bedstead and Sleepeezee mattress. The consultant Rob provided a good level of customer service and was very helpful in showing me the range of beds and different types and quality of mattresses available. The delivery of the bed and mattress arrived on the delivery date and they had all been wrapped in protective plastic wrapping. The delivery men were very polite and helpful and carried the items to the upstairs bedroom. Very happy with the quality of both the bed and mattress.

The purchase of our Hypnos bed is money very well spent and was made particularly pleasing by Now to Bed's really friendly staff and their timely communications throughout. We ordered our Hypnos Base and knew it was going to be a long lead time, they kept us well informed about the progress and it was delivered to us within days of it being delivered to the company.
