Easy purchase procedure, good delivery, slight problem with the mattress which was NOT "Now to beds fault" when I rang them they did not hesitate in rectifying my issue, and everyting was sorted in one call. An excellent company to deal with.

I wanted a specific brand of bed (Hypnos) and Now to Bed had great prices and the ability for me to get all the bespoke options I wanted eg some other stores didn't have the option for lockable castors or the material finish I wanted. It was easy to choose my bed, there was a great price deal and I was kept informed by Now to Bed about the progress of my order. As it was bespoke, there was a delay from Hypnos, but I was emailed by Now to Bed when the original delivery estimation was changed by Hypnos. As soon as they had my bed it was incredibly quick to get it delivered - I rang Tuesday afternoon and I had a 7-11am slot on Friday. The bed is excellent and I'm very happy with the service from Now to Bed, thank you!
