I recently purchased a high grade Hypnos mattress from this company. I can not recommend them enough.

Paul, the manager of the company, responded to a message I sent at 9 pm, that same evening (who does that?)

The next day, they called me and when I had further questions about my mattress choice, they immediately answered the phone, and provided everything I needed to know to feel comfortable buying an expensive product.

At every point, they were flawless. And their price was the best I could find.

Delivery was friendly and COVID sensitive.

I’m a fairly cynical person, I can genuinely say that I think this is the best company I have dealt with for a large online purchase…ever. I mean that.

Outstanding service form a really great firm. I have ordered three beds from them this year and have been very happy with the product and the excellent service I have received from Tom, Kaleigh and Janet. They are always available, informed about your orders and update you regularly on progress. Very impressed. I will order from them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs a new bed.

Now to Beds hands down are one of the best bed shops I have dealt with. Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure sales and they do their utmost to ensure you are happy. Emma and Tom were both particularly helpful and I would highly recommend this store if you want quality products and superior customer service.

Recently purchased a Mammoth Shine King Size Mattress. Very Pleased with the service right from the time I spoke to Paul and Janet. Delivery was made without fuss and old mattress removed at same time.

Although we bought the mattress online and the price was very close to the bigger name websites, what made the difference was the people we spoke to in arranging delivery. They actually rang when they said they would and followed up our questions every time. Shouldn't be a differentiator but it definitely is these days. Would definitely buy from them again as a result.
