Could not be happier with the all round experience of our purchases with now to Bed. Despite delays by Hypnos (due to the current situation so not totally unexpected), we were kept well informed, all the way through to delivery in a most courteous and helpful way (thank you Janet). The delivery guys were lovely, very friendly and efficient, and most importantly respectful of our home. They set up the bed and headboard perfectly, took away all packaging and the old bed frame for recycling. A pleasure to deal with, will certainly be a returning customer and would not hesitate to recommend their refreshing service to all.

More than pleased with the service received when I purchased our Hypnos bed, when I was unable to take delivery of the bed due to unfinished renovation works Now To Bed held the delivery of the bed for us until we could take delivery. Delivery was excellent, I was kept informed by the driver when he would arrive and the bed was put into the bedroom and all packaging removed and taken away. 5* service all round.
