Excellent service from Now To Bed! Great communication and delivery. The mattress I ordered unfortunately went out of stock while I was in the ordering process, but Now To Bed called me and gave several options including the one I went with - exactly the same mattress (minus the label) from the same manufacturer with a slightly different name and £30 less, yes please!

I ordered the Hypnos Stratton 10 and I am so pleased. Definitely the best mattress I have ever slept on. The service was great and the team kept me updated whilst the mattress was being made.

The delivery company made a couple of errors, but this was quickly rectified and put right.
