Kept up to date, soooooo comfy!

I have been so impressed with this company..I was a bit sceptical and nervous about purchasing a mattress online but I needn’t of worried. There was service was excellent from beginning to end. Any messages I sent were quickly and efficiently answered. I’d also like to add the delivery men were excellent and it all felt very covid safe

Mattress not in stock although website stated it was. Contacted the company by email and they replied quickly stating that they had only just sold the last one a few days before my order and apologized for the website error.
I was asked if I wanted to continue with my order and wait the 6-8 week delivery time from the manufacturer.
I was prepared to wait.
Item came within five weeks and was delivered on their behalf by Keen & Able. No problems

I was after a Hypnos mattress and had one on order elsewhere with a 6 week wait. Thought I would see if I could find this with a shorter lead time elsewhere - cannot fault the customer service at all - online web chat offered to contact their supplier to double check when it was due in, and said they would look out for my order to arrange a courier. Within 2 days our mattress was delivered. It cost £10 more but came with a free mattress protector so ended up costing less. Great customer service and the mattress is superb. Thank you

I have to say it was as a pleasure dealing with company.
I’m an old fashioned soul and buying online which was during lockdown was second best for me as opposed to going to a store and discussing my requirements with a real person.

The staff here are knowledgable, efficient, reassuring and friendly.
They kept me up to date on my order and everything went very smoothly.

After 5 months of waiting due to covid…
After 5 months of waiting due to covid and getting our bed made .we were very happy getting our bed set up by 2 very helpful guys the bed looked beautiful and was well worth the wait

I cannot thank the team at Now to Bed enough! From placing the order to receiving the bed, it’s been seamless! Kindness, courtesy and a bit of well placed humour have all helped it to be fabulous experience, and, oh, the mattress is super comfy too! Hoping not to need another bed for a while, and when I do will definitely use again and in the meantime am recommending to all my family and friends! Thank you so much
