Great sales and customer service…
Great sales and customer service experience from Now To Bed. We purchased the full Hypnos experience and was told it would be 3 months on the website. Unfortunately Hypnos lacked and really let down everyone when it came to honouring the delivery dates. This was not Now To Beds fault (perhaps if Hypnos worked 24/7 instead of taking bank holidays off then they wouldn’t have had such delays).

Now To Bed could not have done any more when it came to updating us and the free pillows negotiated on our behalf from Hypnos were also appreciated and we did not even need to ask for them. The whole bed is wonderful once it finally arrived.

Special mention to Tom, his Sister, his Dad all who answered and gave advice from the point of sale and ordering to ensuring we were happy with our purchase.

The delivery crew were also perfect, delivering our bed to the chosen room and even installing the bed for us, all we had to do was put the topper on and then sheets.

We are sleeping so much better, and with a spinal injury and surgery imminent I am just so glad it came when it did.

Absolutely fantastic service from Now To Bed and everyone we spoke to throughout the order process to delivery was really committed to the customer and their experience. We ordered a Hypnos bed (base, mattress, topper and headboard) and Hypnos really let down Now To Bed with delivery date which was no fault of Now To Bed who kept us up to date through every step of the way with updates etc. Special mention to Tom, it was great to chat to you and your honesty was appreciated.

In our opinion (and I am a difficult customer to please) they could not have done any more and it is standing testament to why family run businesses are often better than the greedy larger chains where you are just another number on the taking sheet.

We should be supporting these smaller companies as they need us most.

Personal and professional customer service
Nowtobed have been absolutely excellent! We're currently renovating our house, and due to some delays in the work we needed to rearrange our bed delivery date. We were able to contact a real human being (!) who was able to sort this out for us straight away and with minimal fuss. It may sound trivial to some, but the personal customer service and information updates provided to us made this bed buying process really fantastic. We'll definitely look to use Nowtobed again!

Service and communication was excellent, nothing seemed too much trouble, had to change my delivery dates twice!
Ordered 2 Sleepezee, Jessica Ennis mattresses, they arrived on time, delivery men very polite, wearing masks. They took away old mattresses and unpacked new mattresses.
The mattresses were excellent value and very comfortable

Purchased from here because they were the cheapest I could find for the same product. I enquired about delivery and was provided with different options depending on my requirements, I would definitely recommend and definitely use again!

Great support from the Now to Bed team - bed was delayed 6 months due to the pandemic and Hypnos were very poor

Great customer service. There was a delay with the supply of my mattress so 8 did have to contact the retailer to query this but once I did they explained fully that this was due to a partial shut down at the Hypnos factory due to Covid & they were then able to give me an accurate delivery date. I was then kept informed by email.
The delivery company used were friendly & very efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.

Smooth delivery and restful sleep - we went with Now to Bed as the delivery date was a lot earlier than others. They stuck to that date after our order was placed and the delivery process was smooth and efficient and the delivery men very friendly and helpful.
As for the mattress itself, WOW. I have never slept so well. We have stayed in Premier Inns and know how comfy their Hypnos mattresses are and upgrading to the Ortho Silk was a good move. Highly recommended - Firm but not to firm, cosy but breathable. Can't fault it

3 Bed Purchase - Although a long delay on delivery due to virus I am pleased with my purchase. The company was very helpful with my selection and the delivery men were respectful and efficient. Top marks
