The product is good but, poor inspection by the manufacturer meant that the bed was delivered with one captive nut in the bed loose and two in the headboard. I will be happy when I hear what is going to be done to fix this and the faults attended to. Until this is done, I am reluctant to use the Ottoman storage in case the base has to be replaced.

I’m so glad I came across now to bed after Googling mattresses in stock, I first spoke to Susan by live chat and then on the telephone and she couldn’t have been more helpful. A couple of weeks later I spoke to Emma and again amazing customer service and so helpful, went out of her way to get me a quick delivery. The delivery guys were friendly and text me to let me know when they would arrive, lovely family business, I would not hesitate to recommend, Thanks to all the team.

Great friendly personal local service, kept us well informed of Hypnos manufacturing delays due to Covid (unlike Wayfair who we cancelled with - utterly useless). For delivery, they kindly carried the mattress up our steep drive and into the room - really helpful. Can't ask for more, 100%!!

Great customer service and delivery... The customer service (Tom, Susan, Janet, Paul) and delivery service are great! They keep me updated on when the Hypnos mattress will be going to production and delivery date. On the day of delivery, they send a text with ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), professional, polite delivery men and following Covid-19 safety guidelines by wearing masks.

I ordered a mattress from the Hypnos range at Now To Bed. Covid restrictions meant waiting a little longer than the norm. But, Now to bed went out of their way to keep me informed with regular email updates and phone calls. It was delivered 2 days ago, and my old mattress taken away. The delivery men were very knowledgeable, and friendly. Love my new mattress, love; Now to Bed.
