I ordered the wrong size mattress

Excellent family run business. I highly recommend this family business. I bought a new dunlopillo bed from this company in December 2020. The pricing was competitive and they kept me informed on the progress of my order calling me to discuss alternative fabric when the original choice wasn't available from the manufacturer. The delivery and installation was carried out by their own team who were very careful, courteous and professional.

Ordered Divan in August 2020, delivered in March 2021.
Not the fault of Now to Bed, but COVID.
Communications very good, keeping me informed, but until delivery always bad news of course!

Found great help and was able to order the new version.
Bit disappointed with covering , not as silky/prestige as our original but after three nights of solid unbroken sleep I would thoroughly recommend changing your 5-year-old mattress with these people.

Information about delivery was very good. Informed of delivery date and given a time slot. Drivers wore masks and adhered to COVID's guideline's. Put mattress in bedroom for me. `Mattress still in double packaging as I asked for, as don't have bed yet. I will update when it has been slept on.
