I had the misfortune to need to make a warranty claim for my mattress (totally the manufacturers fault). Tom handled everything for me and secured a replacement. Despite being very busy just prior to Christmas, Tom delivered the mattress in double-quick time. Full marks for not only your customer service, but a fantastic range of beds and accessories too! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
