We finally decided to replace our old mattress and found ‘now to bed’ after searching the internet for hours! What a find, after ordering the mattress which by the way was excellent value, the level of communication was first class. Updates on expected delivery were prompt and once delivery date and time were agreed the two men who arrived at our house were on time and extremely helpful and polite.

This family run business cannot be faulted. You are always sure to get the personal touch, we have bought at least half a dozen beds from them over the years, and each time, they always seem to know exactly the right bed for each individual we wanted it for! This takes all the hard work and stress out of deciding on a purchase that you will have for many years, they make sure they get it right for you. All of the staff are courteous and friendly, and in our experience, they will definitely go the extra mile. We highly recommend, and thank them very much for there excellent service.

Purchased two Relyon Balmoral divan sets complete with matching headboards which were competitively priced. Very happy with service from ordering to supply and particularly with the guys who delivered the beds. As I need to assemble one myself later (due to building work in the bedroom) the guys took time to explain how to do this. The beds are lovely too - Can't wait to have mine in my new room. I would definitely use this company again.

Lockdown left me struggling to get a mattress for my son in is new home, it was thanks to Susan that his mattress was delivered within 2 weeks. Fantastic service by all the team, and to Keen & Able for their great delivery men. Delivered the mattress to a second floor property with no issues. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Tom was very informative about all the different beds and mattresses in store. With his help, we found the right one. We weren't rushed at all into a decision which we had ft at other stores we had visited. The fact these are a family company made all the difference. Would recommend Nowtobed Prestatyn to everyone. Absolutely fantastic service from this company which makes such a refreshing change. The help and advice before placing the order was much appreciated. We ordered the bed (Hypnos divan with mattress) before moving house and then realised that it might not fit up the stairs of our little cottage! It was very tight but the delivery drivers were wonderful and managed to squeeze the bases and mattress up the stairs. THANK YOU!
