Very helpful friendly company. I had a few questions regarding the bed base during the processing and they were answered straight away. I was kept informed by email and telephone regarding the delivery before and on the day and the guys who made the delivery were really nice. Very friendly and helpful. I also received a follow up call to make sure everything was good. The product is very good and the website easy to navigate.

Very happy with my purchase of a Hypnos bed. Friendly folks helped me narrow down my choices over the phone, and entire process was a breeze. On top of that, their pricing was also very competitive.

We first looked at the website with regard to buying a new adjustable bed and spotted the reduced offer for an ex demo' model. From start to finish dealing with Rob' in Llandudno and those in Prestatyn everything was made easy and simple. Delivery was the same,the two guys who delivered and set up the bed were great. Excellent service, and I would recommended them without any hesitation. It started with one item ordered on-line and then I added 2 more items as I realized their value for money! Due to Covid it took a long time for the items to be delivered from the manufacturer but they made a plan and provided me with a loan base in the meantime. They really go out of their way to provide a fantastic service.
