Excellent in all respects

As a returning customer ,I obviously like this local company. I was so impressed with our purchase I bought the same mattress for our spare room so our guests can experience the same quality sleep we have. Just need to be allowed now :) Service is brilliant, friendly and professional. I placed my order over the phone and was informed of factory production delays . I was kept updated and given a delivery day to suit me. Would definately recommend and use again.

If I can give 6 stars I will. Bought Hypnos bed from Nowtobed. Begining with their price is very competitive. But most impressive is their service. We have a bend staircase the delivery company just had a look and said the divan bed base is not fit to go upstair (we have a old divan base upstairs). They did not even want to try because they said they only have 10mn for each delivery (how a 10 mn time allocation for a super king zip link bed with headboard - that is 5 pieces in total is beyond me). Nowtobed then send their own guys, OMG, they are so professional and excellent. They brought the bed up without problem, assembled bed and even tidied up everything afterward. A special thanks to Emma who had taken care of everything from locating our missing part, arranging their own guys re-delivery and keep us updated. Now I am a really happy customer and will tell everyone how excellent this company is.

Friendly, efficient and highly competitive service. What more can you ask for?

I ordered my hypnos aurora mattress and bed at the start of lock down. I knew there may be delays but now to bed kept me updated throughout. My bed arrived in early July custom built to order and it is heavenly. The personal service, competitive prices and quality products supplied by Now To Bed have been fantastic. Their delivery team were also careful and really professional. Its been worth the wait and every penny.

Bought a Hypnos divan and mattress just before lockdown began. Communication regarding the delay was clear and frequent. Once our bed was ready we had to delay delivery a week so the fitted bedroom would be finished. Nothing has been too much trouble for Now to Bed and our delivery was held a week until we were ready. They are friendly and efficient and I would have no hesitation is recommending them.
