I ordered Dormeo Octasmart Premium Deluxe Mattress, almost a week had passed and I hadn't got any updates on the order. Went to the website and chatted with Emma, who told me she will contact Dormeo and find out where my order is, 30 minutes later I got a call and they told me Dormeo will send it out in the next 3 days. I was impressed on how fast they had resolved my query.
I have received my mattress and have already slept on it. The best mattress I have slept on. Highly recommend it if you're a side sleeper.
Definitely will order from them in the future. Good prices and amazing customer service.

Seamless service
I had a query about the use of a voucher which was resolved quickly and out of hours too. The service I received from Emma and Paul was faultless. At point of ordering, the order was passed through to Emma (the mattress company, rather than the Emma referenced above), who shipped it much earlier than I expected. All in all, a seamless service

Excellent service and a beautiful bed
We purchased a Harrison Spinks mattress and ottoman bed on line. It went really smoothly, we received an email to check the details (Harrison Spinks handmake orders). It arrived in good time. Excellent service. The mattress is all handmade and you can tell as it is of the highest quality. The mattress also had handles so it was easy to carry. I am over the moon with it. Thank you.

Bed delivery and installation.
The lady in the shop was very informative, promised delivery on Tuesday between 0900-0930am. The delivery men turned up at 0915, took new bed to requiredroom, set the bed up, took old bed and mattresses away, all done inside 20 mins. They were polite and efficient. Thank Now to Bed. Im sure I will return.
