We ordered a Hypnos mattress at the start of the pandemic. However we decided that, despite the precautions that Now to Bed had put in place, it wouldn't be wise to have the delivery drivers enter our house. Although a delivery date had already been arranged we cancelled our order and Now to Bed promptly refunded our monies.
A few days later we decided that we could have the mattress delivered in our garage thus avoiding contact with the delivery team. I rang Emma to reorder and the mattress was delivered was 2 days later.
Although the mattress we ordered is one of the cheaper ones in the Hypnos range it is great.
Would not hesitate in recommending Now to Bed.

We received a quality product with a great delivery service, they delivered and installed the bedframe and even move the mattress and put on the bed frame which was beyond our expectation.

After much consideration I decided to push the boat out and go for a Hypnos Pillow Top and although still expensive, upgrade to a new divan set as well, as the special offers made it affordable. The advice and help I received in the Prestatyn Showroom was second to none and made the whole process simple and enjoyable! Delivery was completed in early March just prior to lockdown and was equally professional and efficient. This was one of the best purchases I have ever made - the look is stunning but the comfort is absolutely sublime. Big thank you to everyone at Now to Bed for fabulous service and attention to detail
