Ordering on the website was easy and at a good price. Mattress was delivered promptly and efficiently even during the lock down period. Only minor point was that we were not told that the free mattress cover that came with it was sent separately, which we were not informed of in advance and had to call to check why it was not with the mattress. Arrived a couple of day later. Mattress just what we ordered and a good quality for the price.

After much debate and research we decided to go for a Hypnos mattress. As is always the case , as you explore the different mattresses available your budget rises and we eventually spent £1950. A lot but it got us a king size St James along with two Hypnos pillows. That should be us sorted for another 10 years. Found this family firm online and were impressed with their prices. After a telephone conversation (on a Saturday) as the showroom was closed due to Covid we bought the mattress and it arrived within the week. Remember this was at a time when Hypnos factory was closed and no opening date confirmed. We were lucky to find such a mattress and at such a good company to buy from.

I was looking for a kingsize dunlopillow slatted base and this company was by far the best price around. The delivery team could not have been more helpful by carrying the bulky units to the bedroom which I didn't expect and would have struggled by myself. Very much appreciated and I would of course recommend to anyone.

Now to bed had the best price for my sons single Hypnos hideaway base. Ordering was very straightforward on the website, I was surprised to receive an invoice addressed to Mr and Mrs W when I’m a Miss, but this was rectified immediately when I contacted the company by email. I did feel that I could’ve been updated a little more on where my order was up to, because when I followed the link to show the status of my order, it always seemed to show order being manufactured. However when I phoned for an update, I was given an expected date of arrival which was helpful. Delivery was good, the guys were friendly and professional and set up the bed in my sons bedroom after removing the old base and all packaging was also removed. Overall I’m happy with the service I received and I would recommend this company, the points I’ve mentioned are only minor details that can easily be improved on, thank you.
