Ordered a Hypnos mattress. Had to wait for the order from Hypnos. Once they had received the mattress delivery was made to me within 1 day. Great mattress at a great price with nothing too much trouble for the delivery team |

Due to unforseen circumstances I needed a mattress at short notice. My local Hypnos supplier could order the model I wanted, but with a six week delivery lead time. Now to bed had the model in stock and were able to deliver in four days. I'm a happy customer. |

First time customer and the customer service was first class I wasn't going to back from work when my delivery was due and they arranged delivery men to start later so I was able to get back from work in time don't think any other company would have offered this service. Delivery men were very friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. |

I found Now to Bed online and called them to make the purchase. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They kept in constant touch about the delivery of my divan and headboard and were very flexible with delivery slots. The delivery arrived spot on time with two very helpful guys. Very impressed with this family company and wouldn't hesitate to use again. I ordered a sprung divan and wished i had ordered the platform top one instead as it made the bed too soft . As Now to Bed had been so good i ordered a new divan with the platform top which im now eagerly awaiting . Great service and would recommend to my friends , thanks Nick |
