The website provides all the information you need, whilst in-store you get the time and guidance required to make the right choice from what might otherwise be a daunting selection. They were kind enough to store our purchase until we were ready to receive it and then the delivery was arranged with minimum fuss and we were kept informed all the way through to the chosen date when a more specific time was provided. And finally, the guys delivering and installing the bed were cheery and super efficient. Exemplary service at competitive prices. We have bought twice from Now to Bed and would do so again without hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was slightly hesitant in ordering such a big item online, but actually it was a seamless experience. Everything went exactly as expected and I received a call from Emma when my order was ready (right on time) with comprehensive instructions about the delivery. It’s pretty daunting ordering a bed online, we had tried a few beds in our local stores and had decided on a Hypnos because we loved the quality. Having checked through the website we decided on one a bit firmer than the ones we had tried. When it arrived I was horrified at it’s firmness, I phoned to return (prepared to pay all charges) and spoke to Emma (who had been on a course with Hypnos), she said that she would do whatever we wanted but advised that I give it a chance. All beds are firmer brand new, so be prepared. Now nearly 3 months later I love my bed and am so happy I didn’t replace with a softer one. Thank you Emma. After deliberating for absolutely ages and with help from Tom and Emma who are extremely helpful and patient we finally decided on a Sleepeezee Poise 3200 what a lovely bed it’s everything we were looking for in fact it’s so good we bought two.Great service excellent prices the delivery guys were brilliant unwrapped the beds took away the rubbish.Lovely people to deal with

I recently purchased an extra firm Hypnos mattress from them at the best price possible!
The whole process from start to finish has been excellent and the mattress is superb! (No more back pain!)
The mattress had to be made to order and I was kept updated as to the process.
Delivery was perfect, the guy's even carried it upstairs, unwrapped it, placed it on the bed, explained how to look it and even took the wrapping away!
All this equals, good website, great choice, great (best) price excellent service! = One happy bunny!

We ordered a Hypnos pillow top Aurora mattress, they are lovely! Very comfortable. Ordered the mattress on Tuesday morning and it arrived Wednesday lunchtime, as they were delivering in our area. We were given an hour slot by text message in the morning and then the delivery team rang half an hour before delivery to confirm. Very useful as I was able to go home from work to receive the delivery and go back again afterwards. No need to take half or full day off work! Very good delivery, the team were very helpful and tidy and took away our old divan bed. The price was also great. I did a lot of shopping around but they could not be beaten. Overall very happy with our purchase, we would buy from Now To Bed again. Thank you!

I ordered a couple of Hypnos mattresses online. The price was the best I could find, and believe me I looked very hard to find a better one. Delivery was as promised. What was really nice, and unexpected, was how friendly and informative the delivery drivers were. They explained how to unpack and care for my mattress in a really clear and unhurried way. It's almost a pity I only need to replace my mattresses every 10 years or so as I'd love to do business with them again. If only all companies were like this, the world would be a better place.

We were in the market for a new headboard and discovered these guys through a Google search. They have been extremely helpful right from our first email asking about samples...which subsequently arrived very quickly. Once we'd orderered, we were kept informed about the delivery date/time and were very impressed that they could narrow down a delivery time to within an hour, especially as they were driving from Wales to the south coast!
