The delivery guys arrived bang on time for their slot even though they had come all the way from Llandudno to Birmingham and called ahead to keep us updated. Being able to use Klarna for 12 months interest free credit was the icing on the cake. The mattress should last us a few years but would definitely shop here again. Thanks

The customer service from Emma from the moment I called Now to Bed was amazing. She followed up with me and kept me up to date about my order throughout the process. She even replied to my text after hours when I had a question about the delivery. She was also very helpful with her advice on the type of mattress and package I should buy and getting me the best price possible for the purchase of my bed, mattress and headboard. I would recommend them highly.

We contacted Now to Bed having browsed their website. They were very helpful. We visited the store and given great service. Although they do not usually deliver at the weekend, Tom kindly agreed to deliver to us on Saturday morning, which was really appreciated. Would recommend the business and definitely use them again.

Excellent service both in the store (Llandudno) and on delivery. Delivery chaps assembled the divan, headboard and Hypnos mattress, took away the old bed and mattress. Would definitely use this family business again.

I found my perfect bed and these guys had it online at the best price. Easy ordering, good communication, slight hiccup with delivery when the van broke down en route, but Emma kept in contact with me and all ended well. Delivery guys were great, on time, very polite, they put my bed together, placed it exactly where I wanted it and moved a mattress in from another room. All packaging was taken away, so not left with a pile of cardboard to deal with. Great company to deal with, highly recommend and I would definitely use again.
