They kept in constant touch about the delivery of our divan and mattress, and were then very flexible with delivery slots. The delivery arrived spot on time with two very helpful guys. Really, I doubt that I've ever had more excellent service from a company, and online too. I couldn't seem to add in the offer code for one of my mattress orders, although it worked perfectly well for my second order, so I emailed the company to see if they would be kind enough to remedy this for me. I received a wonderful friendly reply from Paul, even though it was on a Sunday, and Emma emailed first thing next morning to say that she'd added this code in for me and that this would reduce the invoice price accordingly. The mattresses arrived at the time estimated and delivered by two very helpful men who didn't mind taking one of them up a rather difficult flight of stairs.
The mattresses are absolutely great, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends and family.

After having purchased a a Hypnos mattress previously from Now to Bed I had no hesitation in placing an order for a divan base from the same company.
In fact, they even price matched another website and I received a considerable discount on my order. I would recommend this company 100%, from placing the order to Delivery all went smoothly.

I've never come across a finer company in my life. I made my order through Emma, who is just the easiest person to speak with and the item (a Hypnos mattress) was delivered ahead of time by two very nice gentlemen who unwrapped and placed the item on the bed and invited a full inspection for quality. They removed and took away the old mattress there and then (unlike other companies, which would require you to hang onto your discarded mattress for several days until it is removed by a separate contractor). A full explanation was provided as to the maintenance and care of the mattress and not the least important, the price of this item was considerably cheaper than anything available elsewhere. It's just great to deal with companies like this and they have my highest recommendation.
