Emma looked after our transaction all the way to delivery and we were not disappointed. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and sold us what we wanted after listening to our needs. Her communication was constant throughout and the lead time given was the lead time we got. We received the bed yesterday and what a bed!! It looks great for starters and after having slept in it for the first time last night we can sincerely say already it is the most comfortable bed we've ever had. I can't praise highly enough the service from all at And Now To Bed. Everything went smoothly and Emma and Sue even agreed to keep our bed in their storage centre when we were let down by our carpet supplier - 4+ weeks! Once carpet in situ arrangements for delivery were quickly dealt with. The chaps who delivered were super too. Great company and I shall certainly use again when we need a new bed.

Top service all round with this company. The owner even rang me on a Sunday when they were closed because he’d seen an email I’d sent with a query. He promised I’d get a call back to sort everything on the Monday and lo and behold his daughter rang me first thing Monday to sort. Communication while I was waiting delivery was brilliant. Having guests was on the horizon and we required a new single mattress. Having had success with Hypnos mattresses for years we were very keen for this to also be Hypnos. After a fair bit of searching around I found Now to Bed had the exact one I wanted in stock and what's more could deliver it before the deadline of when I needed it - which was within 2 weeks! The price was very competitive and the lady on the phone couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and polite. The two chaps who delivered were pleasant and efficient. Altogether a satisfactory experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to purchase from.
