Fantastic family company who provide a top quality service. Having ordered a double hypnos mattress which was delivered I super-quick time, we were hugely disappointed when it would not go up our narrow spiral staircase due to its thickness. We contacted the company immediately who were so helpful. They recommended a Relyon roll up mattress which was then delivered a few days later. We were unsure about how this mattress would be but I have to say it is amazing both in terms of quality and comfort. I cannot recommend Nowtobed highly enough. Thanks to you all.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service provided by Nowtobed. I ordered a double hypnos mattress which when delivered would not go up our narrow spiral staircase. Obviously disappointed I contacted Nowtobed again and they discussed at length my options. After testing a mattress in the store for me they recommended and then delivered a Relyon rollup mattress. We were a little sceptical about how good this would be but we have been absolutely delighted with the quality and comfort. (Medium feel). Everyone at the company was so helpful. Thank you.

After much on line research, and debating and waiting, I am so glad that a found Now to Bed, firstly online then in person on the telephone with Paul, Tom and Emma. Also with their own pleasant delivery team who installed the bed, nothing was too much trouble. It was nice to shop with a 'familly business'. because then it also supports a community as well. I am not a out of town retail park person.
Also,I wasn't just a order over the internet online, somewhere...

I felt that I had visited the shop, due to the high level of personal customer service and expertise and knowledge that I experienced on the phone. I placed the order the next day. I got a good deal being a kingsize for the price of a double, free delivery, and a free matress cover ,which was much appreciated indeed.

I knew which bed I wanted and needed, also, the colour of the base in Camino baby blue, having seen it online elsewhere. I chose a Milbrook 1000 Abington with a pocket sprung firm edge base. I wanted a traditionally made divan bed with natural fillings in the matress. It was handmade to order in Milbrook ,Hampshire by traditional craftsmen. Something I like to support.
I could not be more pleased with my choice, I am experiencing such rest full supportive sleep, with the tension being soft enough for me. I can't wait to go to bed now, its a very awesome experience indeed. I am much happier now , with no aches or pains in the morning,or during the day. it's obviously good for my wellbeing.
I can go to bed to relax properly at last, and then sleep peacefully.
My old bed was like sleeping on a pancake!
So that just leaves me to say thank you to all at Now to Bed.
I sincerely value a traditional shop experience and look forwards to purchasing more next time.

We bought the Hypnos pillow top mattress and are extremely pleased with it. The customer service was excellent - could not be improved, we liked the email notification service, delivery was so prompt and the drivers were so friendly and polite.

Ordered Hypnos mattress on line at a very good price. Delivered as planned by two very pleasant guys . Even though it was their last drop at 8pm after a very long day and still had a two hour journey home. Would highly recommend Now to bed. I

Right from my first telephone contact with Emma I encountered courtesy, excellent product knowledge, clear time planning and diligent follow up. Delivered what I wanted when they said they would with a smile at a competitive price. Realistically what else do you want, I can't think of anything. To top it all, from a family runs business! Excellent service and price. I bought a Relyon mattress and divan set which was delivered on time by the 2 delivery men. They were polite and got the bed installed and took away my old bed. I was surprised that the bed was very high (deep mattress) but my sheet I bought fitted well. I had a good nights sleep which I thought I wouldn’t get as it was ‘new’ to me. I will recommend this company to friends and family and buy again from them if I need something else.

Bought a Relyon mattress recently. Not only a great price the service was outstanding. I was given a time and date and they turned when expected - 8.00am having travelled from North Wales the evening before and stayed in a hotel. Emma kept me informed all the way on the progress of the mattress which are made to order at Relyon. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the mattress. Emma replied promptly to a query I had. The delivery men were very polite and willing. A very good service all round.
