Having had a Hypnos bed once before I was keen to get another, this time a zip/link for our holiday house. I called Meg at Now to Bed and had a very good conversation. Her and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly understand their product range. They were really helpful in assisting me on which size to buy as this was a real issue for us. They are also v competitive on price.

Our bed was delivered in Cornwall as planned and the lead time given to us by Hypnos and Now to Bed was met in full without any hitch. I believe our guests loved the bed and it certainly looks superb in the colour we ordered. It fits perfectly in the bedroom too. I also know that the delivery and installation was carried out professionally by the Now to Bed team.

I did experience a couple of minor glitches in the order process - these were swiftly rectified at their end - again very professional from their side. My only other comment was that there seemed to be at least a week or so between the arrival of the bed in their warehouse from Hypnos and the eventual dispatch to us - so if ordering a bed that must be replaced quickly i would advise customers to build in this time accordingly (we had guests coming the day after the bed was installed so for us it was a bit of a worry as we had already taken out the existing bed, and delivery being so close to easter, but for many this won't be a problem. Also bearing in mind that the bed was coming all the way from North Wales to the far west of Cornwall I think the team did a great job to get it to us on time!)

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and when the time comes for the next Hypnos, I'll be coming back to Meg and the team. Great to deal with a family business. Many thanks to you all!

After taking some time to decide what brand bed I wanted ( including visiting Hypnos showroom) I then had to source the best price, I came across "now to bed" who offers a wide range of beds, but also the HYPNOS range. I was glad I picked up the phone and had a conversation with Emma Lester, who was extremely helpful in advising me on the best way to make the purchase which i did. The divan set arrived today, the delivery personnel where very polite and extremely helpful, they removed my old bed and put new one in situ, what a fabulous service well done to all. And really nice added bonus was the range of freebies as part of the purchase price, I got a very nice Bose speaker with my Hypnos Superb no turn mattress divan set, great value all round Thank you Emma and Team.

Would highly recommend Now to Bed

I was on holiday in Llandudno and on my last day discovered this shop . As soon as i entered i could tell i would make a purchase , it had a Hypnos bed , the type supplied to Premier inn , where I stay frequently .After trying 5 different models came back to my first choice .Sat down with Ciaran and did a deal , while eating chocolate biscuits and drinking tea !Delivery was duly made on allocated day , timing perfect , two very pleasant men installed and removed packaging .To say I was more than impressed from start to finish would not be an understatement .I highly recommended this company .

Great price and quality product. We received regular updates on our order and the delivery day was mutually arranged. When the guys turned up to deliver our new bed base, they were on time, polite, respectful of carpets, tidy and professional. They took away our old bed base and set up the new one in a very short space of time. Very impressed with all aspects of my dealings with this company. Thoroughly recommended!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new Hypnos bed, and pillows!

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic; the sales support when choosing the bed, at no point were we put under any pressure to buy something other than what we wanted, the ordering process and the delivery team were fantastic etc.

The bed is so comfortable and we can finally fit everyone in bed together when we need to (two adults and two young children)! We went for a Superking bed.

We cannot recommend Now to Bed enough!

After making only a tentative enquiry, as i live in Warwickshire, i received a courtesy call from Susan, and i am so glad that she chose to call me, as the advice i was given was excellent and i have never looked back. Added to this, i was given a great price, as i had a specific budget, an agreed delivery date, which was essential due to my circumstances, and this was kept to promptly, and the guys who delivered my new bed were very polite and respectful. After all this rambling - i would certainly use Nowtobed again and have recommended them to my friends. Thank you.
