Only gripe-was when ordering, the website said the item was in stock. But had to wait a 4 weeks for delivery hence only 4 stars instead of 5.

I ordered from Emma at now to bed and from start to finish the communication regarding the status of the order and the details of delivery were just brilliant. We love our Hypnos bed and would not hesitate to use now to bed again or recommed them. First class service. Thank You.

Great service from Nowtobed. We ordered a Dunolippo slated divan and my only disappointment is that manufacturer used a slightly lighter fabric for the drawers in comparison to the divan.
