Bought a Hypnos mattress at a great price, it’s so comfortable. Delivery was as planned, the guys were polite and courteous, unpackaged,
placed on bed and took old mattress away. Would highly recommend.

We found our bed by searching online for a Hypnos bed which we had already had years ago and decided to have again. WE visited the Hypnos show room to decide which bed we preferred then ordered online. Now to bed was the cheapest and had to lovely Hypnos alpaca pillows as a free gift.
Ordering was simply, an email told us when we would get our delivery, The delivery drivers were very good , we had a txt to tell us when they were coming on the day. They were very friendly , put the bed together in the bedroom, took rubbish away, what more could one ask for, Thanks for our lovely bed and your wonderful service

I am delighted with the mattress and with the service I received from your staff, both in the shop and with the young man who delivered it. I particularly liked the overshoes he put on before coming into my home. --nice touch--.

We needed a new base for our divan bed, as our old one was proving too high for my disabled husband to manage easily. I worked with Emma by phone and we determined exactly what was needed, and decided on the details. The bed was ready just when she said it would be, and the two nice men who delivered it to us were most obliging. The installation was done with skill, speed and courtesy. We had a bed delivered about a month ago and it's proven to be the most comfortable bed we've had. The staff gave excellent advice and we didn't feel that there was any pressure to make a quick choice (we made a couple of visits to the store to try out the different choices). The bed was delivered on the day requested by very efficient staff. So, all in all, we could definitely recommend anyone to use Now to Bed.

Really can’t fault the service. Can honestly say the level of service received from Emma was second to none. She kept me informed all the way through and stuck to her word. This sort of service should be the norm but sadly nowadays it is not. If I could give 10 stars I would.
