I purchased a Hypnos mattress in November 2018 and was very impressed with the level of service provided by Emma and the team. I was initially hesitant in ordering such an expensive item on line but in dealing with a follow up telephone enquiry all my fears were allayed. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and the planned delivery took place exactly as predicted. I subsequently ordered a mattress topper and again received excellent service. I would be happy to recommend now to bed to anyone wishing to purchase beds and mattresses etc.

What a super company with exemplary customer service from all the staff, something very hard to find these days. From the minute I placed my order online I was contacted by email with an estimated delivery date, followed up in the new year with a phone call from the very personable Emma with an exact date, then finally a phone call from Emma again with estimated delivery time on the day. The delivery guys were totally on the ball, very polite and made sure the mattress was unpacked and put onto our bed frame and took the old one away. The mattress I chose was a hypnos and was the best price on the internet I found. Been sleeping on the mattress for a few days now and it's everything I'd hoped and finally getting a good nights sleep and no more back and leg pain.
