This company can be trusted to provide excellent customer service. I purchased a new Hypnos mattress for my elderly mother in law. They keep me up to dates with the delivery, the price was very competitive and they also removed the old mattress from upstairs and installed the new one taking away the old for free disposal, along with the packing materials for the new one. Cannot be happier with the service we received from Nowtobed and would not hesitate to use them again in future. Highly recommend.

I bought a Hypnos pocket sprung base with a Clarence Supreme medium mattress and the bed is ultra comfortable. We bought a Hypnos bed, headboard and pillows from the Prestatyn store. It was a great experience from start to finish.
Very friendly and knowledgeable team who spent a considerable amount of time making sure we had the right product for us - including two Hypnos pillows, which are incredible. Nothing was too much trouble... and the cup of tea was good too!
Delivery was sooner than expected and the delivery team were very professional, friendly and highly efficient in dismantling the old bed and putting the new one together.

We bought a Hypnos mattress in Nov 2017 from Now To Bed as an online purchase. We were extremely happy with the service and I gave a five star review. This autumn, a problem developed with the mattress so I gave them a call. Their no quibble attitude and prompt service was without fault. Within three weeks a brand new Hypnos mattress was delivered and the old one removed. Very impressed with this retailer and would not hesitate to recommend! Bravo!
