Paul and his team were absolutely superb in sourcing beds and Hypnos mattresses very quickly and at very competitive prices. The information and advice provided was also invaluable. There was no hard sell; indeed we were encouraged not to overspend for certain items. It is so satisfying to find a well run family business that provides first rate service and is more than competitive with bigger organisations. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Where in this country can you find and beat a family company like NOW TO BED of Prestatyn/Llandudno. From the moment we entered their shop we received a broad smile a hello and good morning. Greeted by Paul who is a mind of expertise in the knowledge of all the beds on show.All though we picked one mattress ,delivered in one day,we found it was a slight problem.One visit and phone call three days later the family team solved the problem quickly and replaced our mattress within the 24 hours.We can not find enough praise for this wonderful family run team every one of them are a great credit that show the retail world how to treat their customers ( A very very rare thing to find in this so called,modern world of Retail) Well done to ALL the family and team.
