Superb service, ordered the mattress on the Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday. Initially the delivery time didn't fit with my work day, so it was agreed that they would take the mattress on the van and call me when they were about half an hour away, if that didn't work they would take it back to base and attempt another delivery the following week, very helpful service. As it turned out, I got the call and met the delivery guys at home, they were very efficient, checking for objects on the walls which could easily be knocked etc. They removed and took away the old mattress and the new one was in place in a matter of minutes! Having tested too many mattresses to mention in many shops, i decided on the hypnos sapphire pillow top as every time i laid on it, it made me smile (the only one that did). The shops that sold that mattress were giving me a lead time of 4-6 weeks for delivery! Being as impatient as i am i checked online to see if i could get it quicker. Came across 'nowtobed' who actually had the mattress in stock!! Excellent customer service from Emma and i received the mattress in the space of about a week. Friendly and competent delivery guys. I highly recommend this company and i have been having the best nights sleep on my amazing mattress. Money very well spent from a great company.
