Great service and very knowledgeable staff from order right through to delivery. I dealt with Susan initially and she was extremely helpful and price matched my bedframe to other competitors. I also dealt with Emma who was very helpful and kept me in the loop with my order. The guys that delivered the bed were also great at communicating even when they'd broken down in scorching weather and were going to be later than expected! We have now had the bed for a couple of weeks and absolutely love it!

New Hypnos bed, mattress and hedboard purchased for our new house. Very luxurious and comfortable feel to bed. The open storage arrangement we chose for the base seems practical and useful. The staff at “Nowtobed” are very friendly and service very efficient. Recommended.
