My husband and I bought an expensive mattress only 15 months ago which has caused us a lot of problems. After our bad experience we were dubious about wasting more money - but after a lot of research and reading many reviews decided to purchase a Hypnos Elite mattress through Now To Bed. I discussed my worries with Emma who was extremely patient and helpful - I cannot stress enough how encouraging this was. From that initial phone call to our mattress being delivered every step was professional, easy and very quick. The two delivery men were courteous, friendly and a credit to the firm. We have had the mattress for around two weeks and it is a joy. We are sleeping better and are very happy with it. One of the main reasons we feel a sense of relief is that should we have any problems, I know that Emma and the team are at the end of the phone. I really don't think that we will need their help though! I am happy to recommend both the mattress and the firm to anyone who wishes to purchase a great buy, from a truly professional team who care about their customers, and all at a great price (we even got 2 free pillows which - to our surprise - were quality pillows (we had expected cheaper ones as they were free)!

Was rather wary of dealing with a company so distant from where I live. However was very impressed with initial phone contact so decided to order a competitively priced mattress made by Relyon. Emma my contact at the company ensured the mattress was delivered at a time suitable to me . The delivery staff went the extra mile removing an old mattress and changing an existing one into a different bedroom. Exceptionally pleased with the service given all round and more than happy with my new mattress.

I ordered a Hypnos Ortho Wool Firm King Size Matrress. All the staff were very helpful, friendly, intelligent and easy to deal with and I asked for it to be delivered several weeks later than the order, which they did. I searched long and hard online for the best price and Now to Bed was it. But I still would not have bought from them if they had poor reviews as some other (more expensive) companies did. Their good reviews are entirely deserved, they were straightforward and easy to deal with, and delivered the item soon after the order, exactly when promised. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had never used the company before but found them online as providers of Stuart Jones' Capri bedroom chairs at competitive prices. An easy ordering process and then a slight delay in delivery - beyond the control of Now to Bed - but Emma kept us informed of progress in a way that was an example to many other companies! Very satisfied with the experience and would certainly recommend and use again.

I didn't think it possible these days to find a business that was actually interested in the customers needs, how wrong I was. This company has exceeded in every aspect of customer service, and for me has been one of the best buying experiences I've had for a long time.
